What payment methods do you accept?

We accept mulitple payment methods: Paypal, Mastercard, Visa, American Express, Discover, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Etsy gift cards.

How do I purchase an Etsy gift card?

To buy an Etsy gift card: 1. Sign in to Etsy.com. 2. Click Gift cards at the bottom of any page. 3. Fill out the information requested, including your name, the recipient's name, and the amount you want to gift. Gift cards are available for $25, $50, $100, and $250 USD. 4. Choose a delivery method: Emailed to recipient: The recipient receives the gift card in their email inbox. Custom designs are only available for this option. The recipient receives the card as soon as you check out. Printable (emailed to you): You receive the gift card in your email inbox. You can print the gift card and give it to the recipient whenever you want! 5. Add the email address you want to send the card to. 6. Click Add to cart. 7. When you’re ready to checkout, click Proceed to checkout and complete your purchase. You can’t purchase an Etsy Gift Card and check out from another shop in the same transaction. If you have other items in your cart, you can purchase them in a separate transaction. You must have an Etsy account to purchase an Etsy Gift Card. When you purchase a gift card, follow these guidelines: The "To" or "From" field must be no more than 25 characters in length The message to the recipient must be no more than 5 lines in length There can’t be any special characters or emojis in the text


When will I receive my order?

Processing times vary per product. Please refer to each individual products' processing time for shipping expectations. Shipping orders are fulfilled through USPS. Tracking information will be provided once the order in is possession of USPS.

What do I do if I never receive my order?

The USPS has been experiencing shipping delays. Please allow 3-5 business days after the expected delivery date to see if your order is still in transit. If it still has not been received, please feel free to send us an email to info@thatssocutegiftsandcreations.com so that we can discuss replacement options.

What do I do if I receive a defective/broken item in my order?

Please take a picture of the packaging and defective/broken item and send to info@thatssocutegiftsandcreations.com.

How will my item be shipped?

Orders are shipped through USPS. Tracking and shipping confirmation will be sent via email once your order is in possession of USPS.


What is your return policy?

I gladly accept returns and exchanges Contact me within: 3 days of delivery Ship items back within: 14 days of delivery I don't accept cancellations But please contact me if you have any problems with your order. The following items can't be returned or exchanged. Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for: -Custom or personalized orders -Perishable products (like food or flowers) -Digital downloads -Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons) -Items on sale Conditions of return Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

Can I make changes to an order that I have already placed?

Yes. Changes can be made to orders that are still in the processing phase. Once you receive shipping confirmation, changes to the order cannot be made, however, please see our return policy.

Product Care

Are the drinkware products microwave and dishwasher safe?

No. All drinkware must be handwashed in order to maintain the quality of the decals.

How should I care for my drinkware items?

1. Do not place lips on design. Always drink from opposite side. 2. Handwashing drinkware is highly recommended vs. placing drinkware in dishwasher. 3. Always use mild dish detergent to clean drinkware and preserve design 4. Gently wash over design. Scrubbing may cause design to fade. 5. Allow drinkware to air dry after wash. If needed immediately, lightly pat over design with a clean papertowel or dry towel.

How should I care for my apparel items?

Wearable apparel should be washed inside out so that the design is protected. Apparel can be air dried or placed in a dryer set to tumble dry low.
